Horrible customer service experience from Greyhound bus services personnel

On the 23 September 2020 I had booked a bus to Durban... I arrived at park Station at 8h00 and I went to the greyhound counter since I had an e ticket which had no seat number to try get a physical ticket... Got there there was one cashier helping a long queue alone.... At around 8h20 I left there since I noticed I won't get help in time then went to boarding gate 7 then stood on the queue for boarding with my e-ticket, as I was getting screened by 8h28 I get told sorry your bus has already left why were you late by the coloured lady helping there ... Then I ask the coloured lady what am I supposed to do then she tells me that there is a 9h00 bus which she is not sure if it's full and leaves me there like an idiot.... I stood there for a good 15 minutes no confirmation of whats going to happen... She continued helping other people.... No feed back for me or confirmation that alternative arrangements will be made for me.

Then I decided to go look for other bus services and I got one then paid for my ticket then waited in line to get on that bus ... Only then does a member of your staff a black lady with serious attitude come and tell me that the 9 o'clock bus is not full and that I will get space... She doesn't even wait for me to finish speaking leaves me just like that as I'm speaking to her..... Finally when she decides she wants to come speak to me she says must she leave me there to which I rep**** yes because I was over the arrogance and attitude I received from her... Something that could have been done before I incur another expense only got done once I had already found alternatives.

I'm not happy about the service I received from your staff members... They don't care about clients and I will never again use your bus service for this reason. It's not necessary for customers to have to beg for assistance... They must give information from the outset so that we can make informed choices instead of staring at us like fools and giving us attitude.
