Horrible bus experience

The worst first expensive for nothing experience, never ever will I use that Greyhound bus, they have no respect for their customers and their business, on the 26 of April 2023 the bus was 4 hours late they didn't even care cause they never apologized or anything, we arrived at 5:30 in Capetown instead of 12:30, we missed appointments due negligent company.they sell us lies telling us on their website about their luxury busses on to travel with a dump of bus with uncomfortable chairs for over 20hours,I am beyond disappointed, and the audicity of spiking price for that kind of service, they must just go out of business they don't know wat they are doing.
