Horrible and unpleasant!!!!!

The 1 star is because no star is not an option but that’s what greyhound deserves!!!!! I booked the greyhounds premium but from CPT to PTA on the 30/11/2022, this bus was supposed to leave CPT at 19h00 that didn’t happen and we left 3 hours later instead. The bus had roaches everywhere it’s insane, I was supposed to arrive in Pretoria at 14h05, it’s now 18h30 on the 01/12/2022 we’re in JHB and we’ve been instructed to wait for another bus to take us to PTA! This is really a **** show, completely unacceptable and no one gives a ****!
