Horrible after sale service

If I could rate a 0 star I would. 2 months ago I requested a refund from greyhound and my email was answered by the lady called Kuveshnie and she said I must forward my documents through to her and I did, I think k a couple of times. After that she never responded back to my emails. I would call and its either she's in a meeting or not in she will get back to me. A month later I called and they said it's in the payment process I must just be patient and i waited. Now it's 2 months later and still nothing. What infuriates me is the fact that I am their customer and I travel with them most of the times and to get such service is totally unacceptable and obviously it means even customer reviews don't matter to them as I have seen a couple of complaints similar to mine.
