<p> </p> <p>greyhound charged R1000 for wrong reason and I need 50% back for 3 of us me and kids meaning R1500,they told me bus will be leaving at 11:45 on the Saturday the 17/12/2016 ,we waited the bus never showed up, we were from Pretoria at the time to cape town then later they just sent us with the another bus to Joburg when we arrived in Joburg they people who are checking tickets told us that we are not going to use even greyhound and the bus is not even around we waited again, my point is they were saying if I take the afternoon bus is going to be less but because I could not bear the waiting I paid such amount for the but which was late and wrong, while in Joburg i went to ask for their manager which the manager told me that they bus will come soon and we waited like hours later they brought mega couch which had one driver who had to wait for another on the road when we complain that so many thing are wrong this journey so we want our money so that we go back and reliable transport they later send sms for apology which was saying 2;30 delay but it was more than that, the bus was also toned on chairs showing some spring and toilet was smelling .I feel I have been cheated so I need 50% for my money they sold wrong product to me.registration of the bus is WJC192GP and is mega coach</p> <p> </p>
