Hell.....never again!!!!!

Booked a trip from Pretoria to Mosselbay on the Greyhoud Dreamline (the luxury coach). At Pretoria station was told to board a normal Greyhound City Liner to Jhb where we would switch over to the Dreamliner. this was never communicated to us when we made the booking. Not acceptable! We booked a Dreamliner from Pta to Mosselbay not Jhb to Mosselbay. Was suppose to deapart Pta at 14h00 only departed at 14h30. Not acceptable! Then it took the bus more than 7 hours to get to Virginia in the Free State (usually a 3 hour trip) where the bus broke down at 21h37, in the middle of nowhere. Parked on the side of the road, a sitting duck for ********* and possible collisions. Not acceptable!!! We phoned your tracking service and they indicated that a another bus would be sent to collect the passengers. This bus would depart from Jhb as soon as a driver could be located. No backup driver immediately available. Not acceptable!!!! The bus broke down at 21h37 by 11h00 the driver had still not left the Jhb depot. Not acceptable!!!!!! Eventually at 11h30 the driver had departed from Jhb. Estimated to reach the broken down bus at 02h30. They should have backup buses in all the major town. A bus from Bloem would have been far more convenient and the midnight wait for the passengers would have been that much shorter. Not acceptable!! Further to this the call centre could not confirm which bus was being sent to collect the passengers and it may be that it was NOT a Dreamliner. We specifically booked the more expensive Dreamliner because of the length of the trip. Having to then possibly travel on a normal Cityliner or whatever bus it was for the rest of the journey….not acceptable!!!! So many people advised us against using Greyhound and now we know why. If their drivers are not driving while texting then their buses are unreliable and break down. Not acceptable!!!!! Never ever again.
