I am at utmost disappointment of your services and your driver's self awareness of womans hygiene. The bus from johannesburg to durban today on the 22 December 2023 is been the worst service I have received in 6 years of driving with the Greyhound. Your driver has no respect for my girlfriend who has been needing to go to the bathroom for 6 hours that is more hygienic and better maintained, by Greyhound and by the passanger that has no respect for others on the bus. Just because some passengers climbed of in Richardbay and empangeni that wasn't sepous to my girlfriend get treated like her well-being and health has o importants. She asked the driver if she can just use to restroom because she needs to use a more cleaner well mentioned urnal. He refuses her and don't allow her to go. She can get an infection or get sick because of a driver that has no importants to another passenger who came to ask to just use the garage urnal. I am in disbelief of this situation and will highly not use Greyhound again because of this. If I could give you 0 stars I would because this is a healthy hazard and it's irresponsible of this driver not wiling to wait 5 min just for my girlfriend to use a non hazards restroom.
