Health hazard Complain

Hello, I like to report a health Negligent and more importantly ignorance when complaining, also please advice if I should go to the police with the doctor certificate and report this matter since Citiliner Bus chose to ignore my Email, WhatsApp message and failed to return my call to at least acknowledge their mistake.
