Harassment of Police at Park Station

On Sunday 9th June 2016, I purchased two tickets for single trip from Pretoria to Bloemfontein.

People traveling was my wife and my sister. They left Pretoria to Johannesburg. On arrival to Johannesburg the driver just parked and left the customers there without giving them direction.

While they were there, two guys approached them. Claiming to be police officers. They asked to search them. They asked them for identification or appointment cards as they claim to be police without uniforms or name budges.

The gentlemen became agitated and became violant. They assaulted my wife and a case of assault is opened at John Foster Police Station. Investigating Officer: +27 72 ********** Case no: 395/06/2019

The other Police officers approached them on the scene, they didn’t have name budges as well.

The two were assaulted in front of Greyhound officials. They never bother to protect the customers.

The trip was canceled because a case was supposed to be opened. The bus then left.

I personally went there to look for those officers and we couldn’t locate them.

When asking for my refund. I’m told to write affidavits. I’m not writing any affidavit. I want my money. Greyhound has failed us decimaly and I will never recommend anyone to use it anymore.
