Grossly unfair and unprofessional treatment by Greyhound

I had the worst experience with Greyhound / Citiliner Coach Lines last Monday, 28 November. I booked a ticket for the Greyhound that cost me R1125 from Cape Town to Johannesburg. I, as well as a few other customers, were put on a Citiliner Coach that would have cost us R500 had we booked it. No explanation was given to us why we did not get the luxury coach that we booked for and whether we were going to get reimbursed for the difference between the bus that we actually booked and the bus we ended up on. That was just grossly unfair and unprofessional!!! The Citiliner coach was littered with ****roaches. The air conditioning didn't work and it reeked of urine!!! I was very very unhappy with how I was treated!!!
