Greyhound’s Selling us Dreams

for a third time in a row Greyhound has sold me dreams. I would deliberately purchase a Dreamliner ticket but end up riding on a coach that I can’t even sleep in. As I write this complaint we (grumpy passengers ) are en route to Durban in a Mega Coach bus, that is nothing close, in comparison, to the luxury one anticipated when paying a premium to secure a seat in the Dreamliner. This Mega Coach bus rattles from inside, it’s a bumpy ride and has a smelly toilet.
