Greyhound's pathetic service!

My niece was traveling from Evander to Pietermaritzburg on 30 June 2023. She was informed that the bus will go via Durban first, using the N2. They left at 10:15 am from Evander and got to Durban around 23:30 pm. To her dismay they then told her that the bus that was meant to take her to Pietermaritzburg had left and took her luggage of the bus and told her she needs to sort her self out. This was at beach front, which is not even at a bus station! Who in their right mind does that to a girl child, in the middle of nowhere at night! She was alone for crying out loud!!!! What kind of service is this!?!?! Anything could have happened to her! I'm very angry. Greyhound is not the same. Their service is pathetic to say the least! They now put their passengers' lives at risk! Their licence should be revoked!!!
