Greyhounds

<p>the service by greyhounds is becoming horrible as they care less about us passengers. I called the customer care that I am running late and was given the Pretoria number to call as am catching the bus from there. I called but got no response. I managed to get to the bus station while the bus was there and plead with the driver to wait for me to get my luggage out of the car but he refused and drove off and I have to catch a gautrain to Johannesburg to meet the bus.But on more than 3 occasions they have kept me waiting of 3 hours at Beaufort west. How do I approach such a matter. In general,they're to arrogant to there customers and something need to be done</p>
