Greyhound/Citiliner Coaches crew is trash and their services

On the 30th of October I was traveling from PE to JNB with a Greyhound Dreamliner coach and I realised that the charging port was not working. The was a vacant seat and I decided to move to it and the driver rudely move me from that seat saying he will sit there and I told him the reason I sat there. He made my more than 10 hours trip so uncomfortable for the services that I have paid for I feel so violated and there has been no accountability for that.
