GREYHOUND/CITILINER COACH LINES NOT PAYING MY REFUND

Tickets *** and GHDM1S01 tickets were cancelled , Greyhound promised to refund me , I had cancelled the tickets on the 6th of July 23 , to Kummarie. I have been waiting for my refund till date , not receiving any feedback. I have exhausted all my resources, all I need is my refund.
