Greyhound/Citiliner bus: ********

I booked a bus ticket from Harrismith to Cape Town, the bus was scheduled to depart at 15H50 on Saturday, 3 December 2022. My mom and I waited for 2 hours without getting any notification about the delay, this was a greyhound premium ticket but to our surprise a Citiliner bus arrived to pick us up from Harrismith, the bus was dirty, the stench from the toilet, it was ****roaches infested. Do Not book greyhound because it is under new management, they're still keeping the name to dupe people and **** people. Also don't waste your time trying to call them, they do not pick up calls or respond to emails. They are costing us so much money with rude bus drivers.
