Greyhound/Citiliner: bad travel

I have traveled Greyhound before and found it in order. Not anymore. My recent trip from CT to KIM and return was unacceptable: The advertised timetable is fiction as the busses were respectively running two and three hours late. Speaking to fellow passengers this is seemingly the norm; perpetually multip**** by Greyhound/citiliner unwillingness to keep a fleet of busses in reserve (confirmed by staff and below comments) Legroom is on par with any cattle class airliner chair on the planet. Seat cushion padding was worn thin and in no way comfortable as advertised. The return bus was technically in a doubtful state with endless rattling coming from the front end, a cracked windscreen, a noisy front axle and steering, various alarm beeps thru out the journey and no functioning a/c. The call center puts down the phone on you and blocks your number when robustly challenging them regarding their late bus. My advise: travel with a different operator.
