Greyhound worst experience ever

Booked a bus from Pta to Dbn for 2nd Oct. 1stly bus was delayed from Pretoria, 2ndly why in the world would have the heater on? Everyone was complaining about the heat, kids were irritable from the heat. Then an hour outside of Jhb the bus breaks down at around 12:00am. Another bus was sent for us but only arrived at 10am.please advise what compensation we're getting for this inconvenience, most of us missed appointments because of this. I feel like the bus line should've just remained closed, because this is not the level of service known by Greyhound
