Greyhound won't refund my bus ticket

I booked a bus ticket on December 2025, due to unforseen emergency I had to cancel it and asked for refund then I was told to fill in the refund ticket I did as requested and they said it will take 30 days or within 30 days my money will be refunded but till date I haven't received my money, every i call them they say they will escalate my request
