Greyhound, what a let down.

I booked a greyhound bus ticket from Durban to Johannesburg on the 28/10/2019 departing at 11 am. The bus was delayed buy almost 30 minutes, when it eventually arrived the toilet was is appalling condition. Didn’t look like it has been cleaned from its last trip/trips. The ETA was supposed to be 19:30, We arriving at our destination an hour later. I will never use this bus service again. Unprofessional and unhygienic.
