Greyhound what a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!

Book a ticket the 23rd April on Greyhound Dreamliner from Paarl to Pretoria. Got a phone call Friday night that the bus is cancelled. Got a new time for Sunday 22h15 and should be at bus terminal half hour before time. Wait today 2 and a half hours for bus to arrive. Just board and the bus far from the one Greyhound advertise on their web site. Just outside Paarl the bus have a breakdown. Extremely hot... not so clean and our window cannot open. Feel like passing out. The leg space is pethetic... not what they advertise. Being my first bus trip I am in tears and totally wrecked.... had to put a 1 star to wright report, but that ia also to high reccomendation to have select. Cannot complain because service non existant to put a complaint in!!!!!!
