Greyhound wack bus services!

I have been waiting for the Greyhound bus from Volksrust to Johannesburg since 12h25. It's been almost 3hours now. I am sooo frustrated, the last text they sent was at 12h00 saying that the bus will be delayed, haven't heard anything from them since then. I tried to call call theur offices several times to no luck, I am so mad because I don't think I can even cancel at this point or have my money refunded for that matter. By the way this is my second time taking the bus and have experienced the same issue.. I wouldn't recommend anyone to book this stupid bus. The service is very poor, sooo inconvenient and unprofessional. Greyhound is inconsiderate of their customers.
