Travelled from Cape to Johannesburg on 21 May, booked with greyhoundSleepliner for the comfort which includes enough leg room at a high price. We were for some reason put into a Mega bus without any explanation where we sat uncomfortably. Door opening at will while bus in motion. The roof of the bus was leaking, I was personally drenched in water and had to change seats, later realising that the was water all over the floor. We were freezing with cold. No refund, not apology even after sending an email to Thuli Makhanya who is said to be handling complaints. No response received to this day
