Greyhound Unhygienic Service

Greyhound is one of the most unhygienic businesses I have ever come across. This is the umpteenth time that we have travelled with Greyhound and the problem has still not been resolved. Unfortunately, there are no other bus service providers from Stanger to Johannesburg. Therefore, we have to use the service of Greyhound. Recently we traveled twice in approximately two months using Greyhound from Stanger to Johannesburg and we experienced the same. The duration of the trip is approximately 12 hours this is because they are usually an hour or two delayed. The toilet on the bus stank of urine and feaces for the entire duration of our trip. This caused us a headache and nausea. We could not even enjoy a meal in the bus. It is like literally sitting in a public toilet for almost 12 hours. I hope that I am not the only one who will take this serious problem up. Greyhound charges are much higher than other bus services however their service stinks. When will this be resolved?
