Greyhound travelling

I bought a ticket from Midrand on 28 June at 14:35 to Mosselbay. The bus was not on time, and their office was close. I phone the number on the ticket but it took me 20 minutes before getting through. They told me the bus is still in Pretoria and I must wait. The bus arrived 1 hour 15 minutes after the initial departure time only to depart in Midrand 1 and a half hour late. On route there was a few unnessasary stops and eventually the bus arrive 3 hours late in Mosselbay. I will not buy a Greyhound ticket again.
