Greyhound total disaster and I’ll service

I have never been so angry at this company ,we bought tickets for the bus for the 04th march 2023,10 min before the bus was suppose to pick us up we got a message that the bus is delayed and got the message coming from Aldo coaches so we went to ask what’s going only to be told the bus is cancelled and we will have to get into one of the Aldo coaches ,the stupid Aldo bus broke down in Pmb and also broke down before Montrose .left Durban @22:00 and arrived in Jhb @13:00 the next day ,no explaination or refund for the expensive greyhound bus ticket
