Greyhound ticket refund

I submitted documents for a refund for a bus ticket on the 1st December 2025. I contacted the Company several times on Email without any positive response. I contacted the call center as well and left messages to call me. I spoke to a specific person that said he will sort the problem , but he never did what he promissed to do. It is a waste of my airtime to call them continiously without any response.
