Greyhound ticket refund

I bought a ticket at checkers hyper on the 26/03/20223 from Johannesburg to George Departure date: 03/04/2023 Ticket ***/L6NWCROX

I had to cancel the ticket due unforeseeable circumstances and i was told to contact the service provider for cancellation/refund. On the 31/ 03/2023 i went to park station to be assisted with the cancellation/refund, upon my arrival i was told to reschedule the ticket and it was not possible because the event was cancelled indefinitely. I was given a pamphlet to contact their head office but there was no response. According to the greyhound cancellation policy i can cancel the ticket 24 hours before departure.

May i be urgently assisted with this matter.
