GREYHOUND *******

We booked a ticket from bloemfontein to ladysmithon friday and paid for luxury seating downstairs yet the person travelling on whos behalf we booked the ticket was told to sit upstairs. My son phoned the complaints line and was given a run around and told that yhe prices are subject to change and that a passengermust sit where told irrespective of what was booked and paid for. I then tried to phone them back and everytime (3x) the consultant put the phone down in other words screened the call without giving me an oppotunity to speak. Greyhound tookour money in advance for a service to be delivered yet reneged on thier undertaking. ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST ****BAGS.
