Greyhound the worst experience I have ever had in my life

I was with a friend dropping him off to catch the Greyhound bus. What terrible service. Firstly they never changed the name of the petrol station where they were picking him up. They were over an hour late but never actually called to inform us of the delay. Called customer care and asked them to inform us on the bus position for us to make arrangement to get back to pick up point in time. This never happened. We were waiting outside the police station the new pickup point as we were informed and waited a very long time so much so the a police officer eventually approached us because we looked suspicious just hanging around. We tried for another 40 min trying to get hold of customer care for update and everytime as soon as we reach nr 1 in line we got pushed back to number 6 again. Greyhound Bus Services is most definitely the worst public transportation company with the worst client service that I have ever experienced in my entire life.
