Greyhound the late-comer

I'm grateful Greyhound has always gotten me where I'm going safely, but other than that it's become pathetic. The relatively high ticket prices stay high while they now deprive us of cabin crew which served refreshments, sometimes the toilet smells so bad you catch a whiff of it upstairs whenever someone comes out, and IT'S ALWAYS LATE!! ALWAYS!! This is a massive inconvenience. The staff are also not helpful or curious at all. I'm very disappointed in what this company has become.
