Greyhound substandard service

Greyhound is one of the worst transport entities. They made us wait at Park Station in the middle of the night. Mind you, there were infants, the disabled and elders. The busses were delayed for more than 3 hours. I regret having chosen this inconsiderate company to transport me. Never ever.
