Greyhound subject passengers to health and hygiene hazards

Greyhound disregards all acceptable rules of hygiene, thus subjecting their passengers to extreme health hazards

I recently traveled from Potchefstroom to Worchester. The coach was 30min late and departed at 20h40 instead of 21h10. Next stop was Kimberley at 00h45 (3,5 hours later). The next refreshment stop was at 9h35 the next morning (9 hours later)

The onboard instruction regarding use of toilet facilities specifies for toilets to be used in emergencies only, else passengers must use facilities at refreshment stops.

Before 7h00 the tiny toilet was inoperable: no toilet paper, no water, no hand wash and no paper towels. The toilet pan was filthy and disgusting - totally unacceptable. The worst part is that there was no hostess on board to check the toilet or replenish supplies. It is human nature for people to develop an urge to relieve themselves early in the morning. This was not possible

If anybody is stupid enough to consider traveling under these horrible conditions they must be informed in advance to provide their own toilet paper, water to flush, water to wash their hands and towels to dry their hands (disinfectant would also be advisable)

If Greyhound cannot comply to acceptable heath and hygiene standards they should be banned from operating ☹️☹️
