Greyhound *****ing from customers

Terrible experience with Greyhound. Cancelled my bus ticket over the phone and was promised a refund. Called a week later asking where's the money for the refund and they said it will take another 7 -14 days to reflect. Still havent received the money 2 weeks later. This is *****ing, this company needs to be reported.
