Greyhound standards gone down

Worst experience on this bus of late. Greyhound is now Eldo coaches which is the worst after Roadlink. 2 weeks ago my kids were stuck in the bus for 24 hours, today the bus left them in midrand after having checked in at 630am the bus was 2 hours late and still left them. The cashier on site just sits behind his computer . We had to follow the bus to park station where we were again delayed by another 4 hours with no explanation. Greyhound used to be the best but since Eldo took it its the worst bus . Intercape must look into the Rochards Bay route. My rating is zero for greyhound/Eldo
