Greyhound South Africa is disappointing.

Booked Dreamliner from Durban. Two days in advance. Arrived at Durban Station to find Dreamliner was not available any more was given a form to fill for refund. The bus is dirty.

This has been disappointing to say the least. I hope the refund process is as efficient as the ticket purchasing process.
