Greyhound should discontinue its services

There should be a "no star" option because giving Greyhound a one star is pathetic and makes me angry! One thing is clear: they are not ready for business. My first time using the bus instead of flying and it remains one of the most regrettable choices i have ever made. First, the bus managed to be behind schedule although it arrived on time to pick us up. Second, nothing worked inside that bus. The TV screens did not work at all, imagine travelling for such long hours without any form of entertainment! Third, the regulation of the heaters, i mean for Heaven’s sake switch the heaters off completely if switching them on means that you are going to roast passengers alive! Fourth, they don't have the decency to announce which town we are in so that passengers would know to get off. This poor guy who has never been to Johannesburg kept asking are there yet, because no one bothered to update us about where we were at any given moment. Fifth, the toilet in the bus was absolutely disgusting! No toilet paper, no liquid soap, and very little water to wash your hands. Finally and the worst of everything i have just said is that the bus got stuck for almost nine hours! We sat in the bus in the middle of nowhere from 2:30 in the afternoon to almost 11PM at night. No food, no water, a non-functioning toilet, and no proper update as to what was happening. We arrived in that crime jungle Johannesburg around 3AM and people were terrified to disembark. Greyhound endangered our lives, twice, one was that there was smoke coming out of the bus, and we had to immediately stop and run out as we feared that the bus would blow up in flames(which caused the breakdown) and two was the time at which we arrived in Johannesburg. Please think carefully before ever getting on any of their buses.
