Greyhound should be shut down, their services are pathetic

Greyhound is the worst, poorest service ever received. With no apologies for their mess up's. They're bus was supposedly supposed to arrive at 19.10 but after 3 hours of waiting the bus still has not arrived. They stated it will be 45 minutes late, but after 3 hours it's still not here. To top it off it is stated at the last minute that a Van rensburg bus will b picking us up, how when we booked Greyhound. How flippen pathetic. We pay for your services it's not money picked up. If you cannot provide a good quality service with proper communication then stop this bussiness.
