Greyhound services is pure filth

Greyhound has absolutely zero consideration for customers nor their time. There's being delayed then there's being disrespectfully late. The bus was scheduled to leave the station at 18:00 and 3 hours later the bus still hasn't arrived at JHB bus station. It's getting cold, no one has communicated with us what the delay is. We are complete clowns. Intercape has proven 100 times better than this coach. It's overpriced and delivers waaay less. Greyhound is a joke.
