Greyhound service sucks

Greyhound sucks. Stranded for 4 hrs at Montrose with the bus broken down. Phoned the booking office and all they can say is that the mechanic is busy. If he cant fix the bus then they will dispatch a new bus. Pathetic to say the least. Why is the bus breaking down in the first place? Running there equipment to failure... maybe it is the latest cost effective maintenance strategy...
