Greyhound service at park station is extremely bad

Greyhound service at park station is extremely bad. We missed a bus in front of us because the staff was busy chit chatting not helping us. Today the bus from Johannesburg to Durban that left at 10h38, when it was supposed to leave at 10h15, has a breakdown, the driver was not communicating to the passengers despite several enquiries. It has been driving with a walking speed for an hour or so. Now he is telling passengers that he is going to reset the bus. Is he a mechanic to reset or fix the bus. I've been trying to call the customer service helpline without success. I was told that the operations team has one line. The quality of the buses is world class but the service from staff is stinking and Greyhound must fix this immediately before they lose business to other bus services. I need feedback about this bus ASAP.
