Greyhound service

I booked a ticket from Worcester to Johannesburg,arriving time was going to be 08h45 so that I can take another bus to Polokwane.At pass 13h they informed us via SMS that the bus is delayed in 2hrs as I already booked another bus from jozi to Polokwane Wich was going to be at 09h30.greyhound refused to refund me,and tell me to reschedule.hellopeter pls help I need my money back is not my fault that they checked their bus late to see if everything is ok.
