Utter disgusting service, or shall I say lack thereof!!

Why do you advertise a dreamliner service, take Payment and then not deliver! If I wanted to travel with your ****py, ****roach infested citiliner, I would have booked accordingly

Not to mention the bus arriving 5 hours later than expected without communication from anyone, not to mention your unhelpful ground staff!! I would definitely not recommend Greyhound to anyone!! They definitely know how to **** people
