Greyhound SA, disgusting services, 2 months, still no refund

Disgusting service from Greyhound. It's now going onto 2 months and still no refund from Greyhound SA'. The phone numbers for booking and refunds is no longer available. Last contact they needed stacks of forms completed for the refund, and just disappeared thereafter, emails unanswered, phone calls dropped after automated options. Be very careful when booking with Greyhound, your refund will be a nightmare. My family and I are out of pocket and no one cares at Greyhound. Disgusting service!!!!
