Greyhound refund ****mers

I bought a ticket to go home with my daughter as schools will be opening soon. I called to cancel the ticket because I got a job and can no longer go home. I asked for a refund I was told to submit an email requesting a refund form I sent the email Friday 10am until now I have not received a refund form. Greyhound is a ****mer they don’t want to give me back my refund they are busy dragging this thing. I used to think greyhound was a luxury bus but I see now that they are ****mers of note.
