GREYHOUND REFUND

I purchased a ticket from them on the 14th of October to depart on the 15th of October to Durban. Unfortunately I received a call that my mother passed away. We went to their offices to cancel the bus ticket. We received the necessary documents to complete including my mothers death certificate and was sent to them on the on the 18th of October, 1 of November, 7th of November, 10th and the 14th of November without any feedback.
