Greyhound Refund ****

Greyhound should not get any stars; I only have to tick 1 star to write a review. DO NOT BOOK with Greyhound. They are ****sters, they claim that you will receive a refund 21 working days after all the documents have been received, well its been 2 months now and STILL NO REFUND. You can't even talk to them as the Refund Department don't have telephones!!! This is ridiculous. I will not recommend them to anyone - PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
