greyhound refund 3 months overdue

I have been waiting for a refund since 30 March 2025 i call everyday and always receive the run around. I spoke to a lady Kuveshnie Naidoo who assured me my refund will be paid out till today i have not received my money. It has been 3 months of me having to run after greyhound for my money this is so unfair. If there is a email address of someone higher up i would like to have it so i can send them an email asking if this is how their service is.
