Greyhound premium ****

I booked greyhound premium for the 22nd from Durban to Joburg, the bus was more than ab hour late, we also told greyhound does not come into tge bus station so we had to be shuttled ti some remote veld where we did not find our booked bus but were told to get onto the cityliner. This bus had no charging ports as promised, cityliner also costs less than greyhound so we were just ****med by greyhound, they should have just stayed out of business because they are no longer the premium service bus we were used to. Im completely appalled by the service we received from greyhound and they didnt even bother to explain or apologise for their poor service
