Greyhound premium ****

So hurt Greyhound you took R2050 from us for premium and we ended up with a Citiliner and no apologies or credit was given we deeply saddened as we always have used Greyhound. We felt ****med 5 other people who also paid premium all of us allocated citiliner. Nothing has been done about this!!
